Quiet enough to hear yourself.
Thirty independent cottages, each sleeping a family of four with room to spare. They are built the traditional way, from earth, lime, timber and terracotta, so every room holds its own natural calm and cool.
For families and groups
Cottages sit in small family courts of three or four, and some connect for groups of six to eight, so each guest has their own quiet and the whole family a place to gather.
Friends and satsang groups of 12 to 20 fit comfortably, gathering at the Samvad verandah, around the Agnihotra fire or in a private dining pavilion. Satsang groups can book the whole sanctuary.
In every cottage
- Sleeps four: a king bed plus two single beds or a daybed, in about 600 sq ft with a private verandah
- Private bathroom with a rain-shower area and solar hot water
- Air-conditioning and ceiling fan, plus the natural cool of earth walls and forest breeze
- Large windows that frame the forest canopy from your bed
- Wardrobe, luggage space and an in-room safe
- Mosquito screens and soft, warm lighting
- Welcome herbal drink, a tea and coffee corner and clay-pot drinking water
- Reading nook and writing desk
- Wi-Fi in the cottage, with phone-free spaces at the library and the Akasha Courtyard
